spirits. XO Brandy is an extra fine French style grape brandy, distilled
in traditional copper alembic stills since the 17th century.
Instructions: Pour the contents
of the bottle into a 1 liter barrel or (750 mL) bottle. Fill with 25 fl.
oz. (725 mL) of 40% alc./vol. grain alcohol, neutral vodka or “swish”
alcohol. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Makes 26 fl. oz. (750 mL). Age
spirits to your taste!

in an Oak Barrel for at least 2-4 weeks!

Make your own premium Reserve Port! A ruby style port reminiscent of t
he
Douro Valley wine traded by 17th century British sailors. It is
typically fortified with grape brandy. Instructions: Pour the contents of the bottle and a 2 tbsp of granulated suger into a barrel or (750ml) bottle. Fill with 23 fl. oz. of 13-15% full bodied wine and 3oz of 40% alc./volume brandy or vodka. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Makes 26 fl. oz. (750 mL). For barrels larger than 1 liter, use 1 bottle of Reserve Port essence per liter of alcohol.
For extra body and mouth feel, add 1oz of finishing formula. Age spirits to your taste in an Oak Barrel for at least 2 weeks!

Instructions: Pour the contents
of this bottle and 1/2 cup (150 g) of granulated sugar into a 34 fl. oz.
(1 L) bottle. Fill with 26 fl. oz. (750 mL) of 25-30% alc./vol. grain
alcohol, or neutral vodka. Shake until the sugar has completely
dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 mL) of glycerin. Makes
29 fl. oz. (840 mL).
